I mentioned earlier about snow and ice removal from the roads here. Yesterday I captured a picture of what I mean, except there was no one using one of their brooms. Mind you, this is a main street in the business district of Hulan Province with 2 lanes of traffic in both directions. Click on the picture and it should come up bigger.
